The MR15 — Universal Vehicle Disposal Form

The MR15 is New Zealand's official vehicle disposal form for all registered motor vehicles. When any registered vehicle is permanently disposed of, the registered owner must complete and submit the MR15 to NZTA. This removes the vehicle from the national register and terminates the owner's legal connection to it.
