These Terms of Service govern your use of the 0800 Car Salvage NZ website and eco-certified vehicle recycling services.

1. Acceptance
By using https://0800carsalvage.co.nz or our vehicle recycling services, you agree to these terms governed by New Zealand law.
2. Services
0800 Car Salvage NZ provides free vehicle assessments, free same-day collection, cash or bank transfer payment, NZTA MR15 disposal documentation, and eco-certified recycling for all vehicle types.
3. Quotations
Quotes are based on information you provide including rego number and vehicle condition. Quotes are valid for 7 days. We may revise a quote if the vehicle's actual condition differs materially from the description provided.
4. Ownership Warranties
By accepting our offer you warrant that you are the legal registered owner or duly authorised representative, the vehicle is free from outstanding finance (unless disclosed), and all information provided is accurate.
5. Payment
Payment is made at the time of collection via cash or bank transfer as agreed. Payment is made to the registered owner or authorised representative only.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled collection at any time by calling 0800 000 523. No cancellation fees apply.
7. Eco Certification
Our eco-certified recycling process is subject to ongoing certification maintenance. Recycling certificates are provided to customers who request them and document the actual outcome of vehicle processing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes are subject to New Zealand court jurisdiction.
